چکیده
With the continuous development of construction industry, current production mode is gradually transforming into contractor, professional subcontractor and labor subcontractor’s “main-sub contractor” cooperative in market segmentation. Long-term cooperation between contractors subcontractors beneficial to both parties, yet only limited research has explored factors that determine contractors’ willingness cooperate with on a long-term basis. This paper explores influence long term forming mechanisms. To achieve this goal, study combines characteristics industry increase variable past experience, constructing an extended planned behavior theory model. Through questionnaire surveys, experience subcontract management were surveyed, hypotheses tested using structural equation modeling techniques. The results showed intention was mainly influenced by attitudes, subjective norms, perceived behavioral control. While new variable, had significant effects attitudes control, influencing affecting no direct effect norms. will explain formation mechanism general contractor relationship provide theoretical basis for select partners suggestions improve their work.

متن کاملPredicting intentions to donate blood among nondonors in Australia: an extended theory of planned behavior.
BACKGROUND With an increasing demand for blood and blood products in Australia, there is a continual need to recruit blood donors. As such, it is important to investigate the factors that impact on nondonors' decision-making processes with regard to donating blood for the first time. Previous research has established the efficacy of the theory of planned behavior (TPB) in predicting blood donor...

متن کاملApplication of Evidence Theory to Construction Projects
Crucial decisions are necessary throughout the life-cycle of large-scale construction projects. Such decisions are critical in that they have a direct impact upon the outcomes and success of a given project. To improve the decision process, an evidential reasoning framework based on the Dezert-Smarandache theory of plausible and paradoxical reasoning, where heterogeneous evidence sources are fu...

An extended Theory of Planned Behavior (TPB) was used to understand the factors, particularly control perceptions and affective reactions given conflicting findings in previous research, informing younger people’s intentions to join a bone marrow registry. Participants (N = 174) completed attitude, subjective norm, perceived behavioral control [PBC], moral norm, anticipated regret, self-identit...
